Mini dress

This is a very cute rewind size. Medium lt has a little tie up front. It is not adjustable. You can wear it open or you can tie it. The one string and 1 of the pictures just show a little distress. It does not compromise the width of the strap. It just looks like it has a little frayed The straps spaghetti straps are adjustable. Oh, this looks more like a small and it looks like it could be a cute top. Or a mini dress. You could wear it over a swimsuit with some shorts or some leggings.
