New, never worn. Found it in my closet. Bought it back in 2006 with shoes, and forgot about it, it's just been sitting in my closet since then. Still has a new suede smell. Great retro y2k style. 9" wide, 5" tall, strap is close to 14" not including the metal rings. Has 4 zipper pockets inside. .8
