This is a vintage velour or velvet Black skirt decorated all over with tiny green and iridescent sequins. It is from H&M and a Mini straight or pencil skirt. The pattern is a large flower. It is lined. Hand washable. It is made of Polyester and Elastane. Womens US size XS. The waistband is slightly stretchy and there is a zipper on the side. MEASUREMENTS: Waist: 24" - 26" Hips: 34" - 36" Length: approx. 15" Perfect to wear to go to a party, fancy celebrations, clubbing. Be UNIQUE. I bought this in London at a vintage shop. The shops in the UK spray a fabric freshener on all the clothing. It doesn't affect the clothing, only adds a pleasing fragrance to the items.
