Mini Dress Cap Sleeve O'Neill Size L

This is an O'Neill brand mini dress with elastic waist, zipper side, button front, v neck, and cap sleeves. It is black with pink, purple, and green floral print. It is missing the top button, but other wise in perfect condition and only worn a few times. The fit is a bit small for a L, fits more like a medium.
