FOREVER 21 Mini dress, The fabric is very soft, like cotton, is called "Lyocell".
Length from shoulder to hem is 34 inches
waist is 14 inches laying flat.
The label says size L. but I bought this 2nd hand, and I assume previous owner caused it to shrink because the measurements don't match those of a large size. So please go by the measurements.
It will arrive wrinkled, I ironed it, but this is a natural fiber, so it will arrive wrinkled.
