This is a dress I bought at Macy's a few years ago in the juniors department. It is very classy and light, I wore it to a wedding. It was only worn once and is in great condition! It is a size small. It has ivory colored lace and tool.

@snapshott hi! So the straps are adjustable which would make a difference in the length. With the way the straps are right now from the top of the strap to the bottom of the dress it's 35". From the top of the strap to the bottom of the band under the bust is 15". Please let me know if that helps sorry if I'm confusing!!😊
