UOGC Taiwan Makers sticker is intact on bottom. Item found inside a curio cabinet from 1979 so baby could be older. Could also be considered ceramic glass but beleive to be painted porcelain. Good condition was in curio for long time so may need to be cleaned. Measures under 2 inches.
