Mini Boden red holiday dress. Stunning bright red top is velvet with glittering gold sequin polka dots, bottom is red tulle lined with ruffled edges. A twirler! Size 7-8 I guess there was a belt but we never had it it has loops on the side so I’m not sure maybe a nice ribbon would work I honestly never missed it.
