Details include colorful embroidered star and cloud applique on the skirt, rainbow straps (with buttons in the back, can be cross-crossed or straight), smocked back for comfort, tulle under the skirt, and another soft layer of fabric under that. Piece is in excellent condition with minimal signs of wear, maybe just a tiny bit of fuzz on the embroidery, no other issues. Labeled 7-8 Y. Made with cotton! Measures 11.5”-11.75” across the waist and 12” across the chest. Dress is 27” long!
