Ming Dynasty porcelain sterling silver ring

Vintage sterling silver ring with a shard of a Ming Dynasty vase set in it. The Ming Dynasty in China was from 1368-1644 AD and is known for their incredible blue underglazed porcelain. Intact pieces sell at auction for millions of dollars, shards that are recovered by archaeologists are repurposed into beautiful decorative things infused with deep history and relevance. This ring is set in .925 sterling silver and is a size 5. Very good condition and definitely starts conversations. Acquired in the nineties.
