These are both new and sealed, but are a couple years old. These are more watery than a typical gel, but a thicker consistency might be achieved by chilling in a refrigerator. This product has great reviews for treating sunburn as it has helped many avoid peeling and is not sticky. It also has a great cooling effect. I intended to use these, but have successfully avoided sun burn. One has a broken cap as pictured, but can be replaced with the other once the other is used. One appears a little fuller than the other, but came that way as they are sealed and have not leaked or been opened at all. Price includes both full size bottles.
