New and unopened with pump top, but bottle is dented (not cracked or leaking at all, just a big dent), and the pump is cracked. I cannot be sure if the pump works or not - please see photos. The product itself is perfectly fine. I personally love this conditioner - my scalp and hair do really well with it! Unfortunately, while I love the scent, my allergies do not love the scent. I bought extras before I realized the scent was bothering me. It smells really good though, and you can smell it a little in your hair after it dries. If I wanted to moisturize my scalp, it would not make my fine hair greasy if I rinsed it out right away. If I wanted deeper hydration for my hair, I would apply only mid length to ends and let it sit for a few minutes. Using this way I wouldn’t even have to use a detangling spray after. It really does do what it claims to do! Sad I can’t really use it. Can be used for fine, medium, and thick hair.
