Milly short sleeve blouse

Beautiful royal blue short ruffle sleeve blouse by Milly (for Kohls). Looks awesome with the Milly maxi skirt also pictured. Will need a cami underneath. Can be both dressy or casual. Curved hem, tie at neck or leave open v-neck. Pit to pit is 21 inches, length is 23 inches. Fabric is 100% polyester. Easy care machine wash and tumble dry. Very lightly worn and well cared for.
