Milly fit and flare heavyweight color block mini dress size 4

Milly super fun and flattering fit and flare mini cocktail dress size 4. Back zipper closure, cross cross straps, cotton blend, dry clean only. Pre loved condition, no major issues just a mark (see pictures) on white bottom of the dress that will come out. One of my favorites but it no longer fits me.
