Milly brand white skirt, fully lined with white fabric. The overlay is a delicate tulle fabric with some added structure that have horizontal stripes. Allows for some peel through of the fabric. Closes with a clasp and zipper at the hip and has POCKETS! preowned but no flaws noted.
