Milly Black Scuba Neoprene Pencil Skirt

This black pencil skirt by Milly is made of a 95% polyester and 5% spandex scuba (neoprene) fabric. It has a black lining that's made of 100% polyester. It has a raw hem at the bottom and is darted at the waist. It has a hidden zipper and an 11" vent/slit on the back. It's in excellent used condition with no flaws anywhere. Please review the below measurements carefully to ensure a good fit for you. They were taken on the front with the skirt zipped up and laid flat. Please note that the fabric has 5% spandex so is slightly stretchy and can expand to accommodate larger dimensions than the ones shown below.
