Antique Mills 600 US military woven canvas trouser belt with industrial brass alloy sawtooth buckle and grommeted crimp aglet.
Official United States Quarter Master Department, amazing condition from World War 1 (WWI), all original parts and materials. Tough skater belt.
Khaki, like sepia, wheat-color, tan, super-rare. This is not a cartridge belt, quite a civilian-looking "Trouser Belt" for field and dress, wearable as a casual garment. Heavyweight canvas, not hempy soft, 42 inches total in length, 1 inch wide. This belt is smaller than the Mills Cartridge, cargo, or carrier belts, easier to wear, harder to find.
US QMD stamp, indicates the belt was made between 1904 - 1914.
MILLS 600 aglet stamp, indicates variance from other MILLS items (this is not a 651, 2 grommet holes vs. 1, see photos).
MILLS 600 ink print, matching with hardware, indicates all original parts and materials.
No 1904 patent stamp, this is *not* a cartridge belt, this fits regular pants, jeans, and bottoms, this item is not extra wide.
No stamp on buckle, plain brass.
No personalizations, no name tags, no service number, branch specifier.
Not Rockland, not Sanders, not Waterbury. This is a rare garment.
With the "600 Mills" + bullet logo ink print on reverse, quite awesome and hard to find, especially in this condition.
