These adorable pants were purchased at Millie Lynn Boutique in Charleston and never worn. The brand tag was removed with the price tag so I’m not sure who designed them. They look high end designer with the classic tassel print. They are lined with bootie shorts and sheer in the legs. The photos don’t do them justice!
