Vintage Millennium Princess African American Special Edition Barbie Doll Mattel #23995. This doll was released by Mattel in 1999 to celebrate the year 2000. She wears a magnificent royal blue velvet gown with shimmering silver accents and a sparkling tiara. She also comes with a special "Happy New Year 2000" keepsake ornament, hairbrush and doll display stand. Her white petticoat has some blue stains on from the dress, otherwise she is in excellent condition.
