It's made of a white 100% cotton fabric. It buttons down the front, has fold over collar, and two working button pockets on the chest. The buttons are black with a subtle rainbow oil slick detail in the middle. The shoulders have cutouts that have been filled with beautiful lace. It has elbow length sleeves that roll up, and are secured with a strap. There are also buttons on the sleeve hems. The middle of the back has some ruching with elastic, giving it a tailored fit around the middle. Great Y2K vibes!
