Cute mini skirt from the Miley Cyrus Walmart collection around 2012 or so. Features faux pockets on the back and front and gathered fabric throughout. The skirt is in good condition, a couple loose threads but has plenty of life left. The sizing is juniors 7 but at the time I wore it as women's S/XS. The fabric has very little stretch.
