Mikey Mouse Ears DISNEY PARKS LIGHT UP Christmas Holidays Work Perfectly The headband is a soft plush type fabric. In good condition. The tag has been cut off the inside. (See photos.) No rips, no holes, no marks. The headband is a nice soft plushy material. The ears are velvet over a hard plastic with lights on them. Each light blinks separately.
