Lot of 3 rare Mikasa Kurata plates! * Handcrafted in Japan * The Kurata family in Japan owned the Koetsu Crystal Glass Company and was founded in 1905. They had a partnership with California based Mikasa in the 1970's to develop glass products to the US market * Each approx. 9" diameter * Ribbed glass in light gold or yellowish color - these are not dark yellow! * Shape of lotus blossom flower - this set is a tad diffferent from what I see selling - the blossoms have pointy edges - see photos * Has original sticker " MIKASA Handcrafted by Kurata Japan" * Comes from pet-friendly home * Excellent condition! Please note that depending on the light and the tablecloth/table, the plates reflect its environment! The first photo with the black background is darker due to the black background. These are light yellow!
