haileylulgjuraj Hi! Yes the belt is attached. I do not have exact measurements after the dress was tailored to me, I could get them but I would have to open it out of the preserved box. I am 5’3’’ and I weigh 117 pounds, with an athletic shape...if that helps

spartans313 Hailey, what size did I purchase this in? You had it tailored to fit just wondered what are your measurements that it was tailored to? Was there any rips or marks after having it cleaned? Thank you!! Sue

haileylulgjuraj @spartans313 hi there! It was a size 2 and then tailored to fit me perfectly. My measurements are 34 bust, 27 waist, 36 hips. After having it professionally cleaned and preserved in a sealed packaging I have not opened it to see the condition. If I broke the seal, it wouldn’t be properly preserved any longer. But I can tell you I don’t recall having any rips or tears on it after wearing it. The train had gotten a bit dirty from wearing it but I’m hoping the professional clean took care of that.
