The episode's plot involves: Lord Zedd casting a spell on Zack's sunglasses. The spell makes Zack and Billy see their friends as Putty Patrollers, the foot soldiers of Rita Repulsa. Chaos ensues as they mistake their friends for monsters. The VHS includes a special feature: the music video "We Need a Hero".
