megz4ever @edrull0322 hi. The Miele service repair guy said it needs two new parts. Estimate was $600. Otherwise it was working great! It's the brew unit and another related piece that needs replacement.

megz4ever @edrull0322 said to degrease brew unit. But the brew unit wouldn't come out so I called for service. He came and replaced the brew unit but then said 2 other pieces needed to be ordered in order to work. I will look up specific names of pieces for you.
