Midwest of Cannon Falls Shepherd w Bag 9.5" Tall Handpainted Rare, Missing Staff

This is a Midwest of Cannon Falls figurine 9.5" tall. It weighs 1-1/2 lbs. It is made out of resin as far as I can tell, and it's handpainted. It is in undamaged condition and has the original tags, including price tag of $50. It is missing its staff. A very interesting piece, very hard to find.
