Midnight Velvet Halter Neck Dress Fairy Y2K Chiffon Fairy Beaded Midi Dress | M

This beautiful black Y2K chiffon ruffled floral dress has been altered into a halter top style. The dress features beautiful beading, a basque drop waist that cascades into flowing fairy like ruffled layers of skirt, each layer ending asymmetrically in a handkerchief hem style. The dress features a bold magenta purple pink flower pattern. The straps could easily be sewn back into the original tank style if preferred. I generated the first photo to show what the dress looks like as a halter. The last photo is of the original dress on the model. The original tag was removed, so please review photos of measurements for reference. I believe it is probably a size medium. The dress has a bit of stretch to it for comfort.
