Midi sundress

This is a boutique sundress (I don’t know the brand! Sorry.) It is a smoky blue gray with white and black polkadots. It has adjustable straps and an elastic waist that can fit 28 to 40 inches. It feels satiny (not knit) and has never been worn. (I bought it for an event but changed my mind and worse something else.) It has two ruffles on the skirt and a matching waist-tie.
