Midi Navy striped top dress

Navy blue super cute midi dress. Light weight fabric, top has some stretch to it. Never worn just tried on. Product of China, brand less. Size “XL” fits me perfectly and I’m about a US size 14. Zipper on the side. Flare bottom and modest length for elegance. Great for a night out or dress it down with some keds.
