Midi Dress (Sage Green w/ White)

Women’s midi dress with accordion pleated skirt. Sage green with white polka dots. Women’s size large. There are loops for a belt, however I no longer know where the belt is. I’ve worn without and hardly noticed them but could use or cover with another belt! Worn maybe twice.
