curvykittenlove @sophfi - Just checked . it's 42" , if your waistline sits higher up on your torso. The hip is 48/49". Honestly, my hips are 50" and it fit me in that area just fine . The problem was my waist. It was too small !

curvykittenlove @roxplage - 29" even. Remember , this skirt sits higher on your waist so that is going to change where the bottom of the skirt falls. For reference, I'm 5'3" and it hits me right at the calf. if you're taller than me , it's going to hit a bit higher. does that help ?
