Lovely leaf edge details along hem of pants.
These pants were custom made in Hong Kong for an Air Force General's wife. Procured from her grand-daughter, these beautiful pants were lovingly preserved and are ready for a new life.

@10moonshome Maybe 12.25". There's only about a quarter inch between the two buttons, and side snaps that don't adjust at all.
