Louisville Pottery Stoneware Ashtray OUR LEAD HOME ECONOMIST with “You owe me a martini!” in calligraphy. Hand-painted and manufactured by the Louisville Pottery/Stoneware Company of Louisville, Kentucky. This pattern features blue text on a taupe background, with a light-haired woman putting her feet up after a long work session balancing the books and drinking coffee. This ashtray measures 8 inches in diameter. It is ink stamped: Louisville Stoneware Made in Kentucky. It is in excellent condition with no chips, nicks or cracks. Wonderful and rare vintage design! No cracks, dings, crazing, or other damage. Pristine! From a non-smoking home.
