The picture itself is quite pretty and charming. Gold turquoise blue and of course gold. Not glass but a hard plastic. One chip and one spot of missing paint in frame and tape on bottom. All pointed out in pictures. Measures 15 3/4” tall, 9 3/4 “ wide and 1.5” thick.
