Carl Ove Frydensberg was a Danish jewelry designer known for creating high-quality, modernist pieces, primarily in sterling silver. He was registered in Copenhagen from 1949 to 1982. His designs include various nature-inspired items like flowers, cattails, and leaves. Carl established his workshop in Copenhagen in 1949 and operated it until the early 1980s. His work is considered highly collectible and is even listed in Fred Rezazadeh's book, Collectible Silver Jewellery. His pieces are often marked with his initials, "COF," along with "Denmark" and the silver purity mark (either "830S" or "925S" for sterling silver).
