I’ve shown two bowl sizes that you can place in the microwave Place bowl in the cozy in the microwave to protect your hands while lifting out your heated leftovers. Or you can heat your bowl of food and place it in the cozy outside of the microwave protect your hands while eating hot foods like soup. Bowl is not included in this listing just to show how to use the cozy. Lots of older folks like me like to use these to protect your fingers from the microwave and while eating. Machine wash cool.
