Hi @vintagedenver,
I’m contacting you directly regarding the Surface Pro 5 I purchased from you. The device I received is still logged in to the previous owner’s account (name shown: Max), which makes it locked and unusable. I cannot complete setup or access the device at all.
Please advise immediately on one of the following:
1. Provide clear instructions to fully remove the previous owner’s account so I can use the device,
