Or, is this Cheetah? Its a soft knit with dolman/bat-wing short sleeves and a wide gathered/ruched waist band. Super soft rayon knit. Boatneck collar is abt 12.5" across. Waistband is abt 15" across unstretched. Length is abt 24" from high shoulder to hem. Has one tiny spot that is near impossible to spot ;)
