Michaela Frey Rare Happy Hedgehogs Enameled Bracelet and Ring Set

This is a darling set of Michaela Frey enameled bracelet and ring jewelry. Michaela Frey was the innovator of fired enameled mixed with gold jewelry originating in Vienna, Austria in 1951. All of Michaela Frey enameled jewelry is handcrafted in Vienna. Her accountant and lawyer assumed control in 1972, and became the sole owner in 1980. Michaela Frey passed in 1981. This set is from her Children's Collection, Happy Hedgehogs. There are sweet little blue and red hedgehogs around the pieces with little apples in between on a white background. The bracelet is signed "Michaela Frey Made in Austria." I didn't want to break up the set because it is so rare to find this pattern with both the bracelet and ring. I would wear the ring around a satin string as a little pendant necklace. The ring size is 5-1/2". The bracelet is 2-1/2" in diameter, and 8-1/4" circumference. They come in their original boxes They are in great condition. There is a tiny, tiny chip on the inside of the ring. This set is just adorable and whimsical. Hope you love it.
