brittsposh Im sorry I intervened & let u know i got ur package. A sparkling bralette & skirt. It has a note handwritten to u & gift. Like I said I'll just mail ur pkg bcuz Ive made a mistake like @empress and it sucks & its stressful when ur pcking 19 things in a day sometimes God forbid u make a mistake. Ive been doing this yrs now thru 4 sites & had only 3 good rating the rest great Due to a mix up. But bcuz of knowing how stressful it is Due 2 it happening 2 me once I told her id mail it 2 u for free

tresvim @ggiardina24 hi there, I contacted Poshmark and let them know that you are about to receive a package that's not Poshmark related so I would contact them too and just tell them the situation and they should refund, is there an option to request a refund yet? They will definitely refund you once they see that you got the wrong purchase but I'm trying to see if you can get refunded before that even happens because I contacted them a few days ago

tresvim @ggiardina24 see above I just don't want you to have to do anything at all even print out a return label like I just feel so bad for the entire inconvenience so that's why I don't want you to have to deal with Poshmark or be charged so I will keep trying on my end too with them and let you know what they say but for sure you wont be charged. I think @brittsposh contacted them too

brittsposh @emmpress posh can see all usps transactions and if an item is not actually delivered and received the tracking number will show its on its way back to sender showing that your customer did not recieve or accept pkg.

brittsposh @emmpress that is completely up to you. But like I said in my previous message. If the item is returned to you Posh can easily see that on a USPS tracking label and see that she did not receive the item it was returned to the sender. The reason it was returned to Sender does not matter. The point is the buyer didn't get it and is refunded their money

brittsposh It is just something that can be tracked and easily seen buy Poshmark if it is returned to Sender... They will see on USPS that she never received her item regardless of what the delivery issue was

brittsposh Also... The payment is not really until USPS shows that the item was delivered... Then you have like 3 more days if someone does not write you before it is even released. People hold out ratings all the time and you don't get your money due to that reason.
