@skingry0522 hi, I’m not really sure where you want this measurement taken. As in the front, back, from around the back? I take an XS and most smalls are baggy on me. This jacket is large enough on me that I can put a thick sweater/sweatshirt under it, but not so big that is looks terrible. Thank you
