this is a new without tags, but has plastic tag holder attached. Michael Kors nylon tote. it is a deep gray, has a zipper pocket on the outside, a zippered pocket on the inside, and four pouches. it has a tiny flaw on the strap. see pictures this is NWOT, the plastic that holds the price still attached
