Michael Kors layer-look Top

This top by Michael Kors has a black top and a red and black snake-skin patterned bottom…. The two sections are made of different materials (see photos). You can see from one of the photos how it has the appearance of being layered and how the sides are a few inches shorter than the front and back. It is a size small but measures 18.5” across. It is 3/4 sleeves and in EUC. Let me know if you have any questions.
