alamo1974 On other MK totes, I've had to get the strap reinforced. Is this an actual lap top bag and if so, how sturdy are the straps? It looks like the totes and the straps are skinny and not strong. Gorgeous bag, just want to make sure it will serve me well, as a lap top bag??

kaylajeanne @alamo1974 The style name is "jet set tote" Michael makes different versions of them - some are just regular totes and some have the padded middle pocket made to carry a lap top. I used it for work and school some and had no problems and I've never heard of my friends needing to reinforce their straps either.

kaylajeanne @mcarter08 yes, I can try to send you a better picture if you'd like when I get home. I bumped into a rough wall when I first got it and that's what caused them. The bottom is still in great condition as I hardly used the bag
