The outside is in great condition no rips or tears inside or out. There is a small wrinkle on the side, but otherwise, it's still in great condition. Measurements are 12x8 1/2 x 5 1/4. The zipper compartment doesn't have extra pockets, the middle compartment has a zipper and 2 drop pockets, the other side has 6 drop pockets for organizing your items, and the snap compartment doesn't have extra pockets. It has lots of room inside. Price is firm
