Black ruffle dress. Fabric falls/flows, and looks like high quality silk. I’m wearing the “hearts” version-the BLACK version is the one for sale. Hits about 2 inches above knee. It is technically a XS BUT, the same dress In wearing with hearts on it, is also an XS, and I normally wear a small to medium and it fits me perfect! My waist is 27” bust 34D+ I get tons of compliments on the one I wear everytime I put it on! Great with strappy sandals, flats, or boots.
