do these have stretch? what is waist size laying flat?

@tinaaschina there’s a small amount of stretch but not much. They don’t stretch as much as hydraulic jeans that have 3% spandex but they stretch like Levi’s do with the 2%. If you’re any bigger than a size 5 they may be too tight.
