Michael Kors Navy and White Striped Cold Shoulder Top The fabric is very soft and flowy. It falls just below the hip. I wore this top one time. It's soft and comfortable amd drapes nicely. I’m selling because I thought it was too long on me (I’m short waisted) It looks very nice if you have a curvy figure.
