lionessny @elsa_dominguez Hello Thank you for your interest in this lovely bag! The piece that is loose is one of the strap grommets. To be more specific the strap is fully secure and attached but the gold piece can be twisted around. However it doesn’t affect the functionality of the bag. The bag is also true in color and matches what is shown in the photos no fading on the leather. Hope this helps if you have any other questions please feel free to comment!
